Explore your feelings and decisions around feeding your baby in a private 1:1 antenatal breastfeeding consultation with Sherry Bevan.

Sherry is an experienced breastfeeding counsellor who qualified as an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor in 2010 with the University of Bedfordshire. Since then she has supported 100s of parents through breastfeeding drop-ins, antenatal breastfeeding sessions and private one-to-one breastfeeding support.  She has also spoken on stage and facilitated taster postnatal and breastfeeding workshops at the Baby Show in London.  

Use the time to explore your feelings and decisions about feeding your baby as well as topics such as: 

• how breastfeeding works
• how to get breastfeeding off to a good start
• signs that feeding is going well
• effective positioning and latching your baby at the breast
• how to cope with common challenges
• expressing and combination feeding, whether that's bottle feeding formula milk or expressed milk.

If you have breastfed before, you could also use the time to review what worked well last time and what you'd like to be different this time. The private antenatal breastfeeding consultation with experienced breastfeeding counsellor Sherry Bevan is for 60 minutes and will be on Zoom.
