This online Breastfeeding Refresher class is for parents who've already had a baby and now expecting a baby in July or August. This is your opportunity to: 

• Get evidence-based information on feeding your baby from an experienced NCT trained breastfeeding counsellor. 
• Debrief and explore any challenges you faced before. 
• Reflect on how to prepare older children for the arrival of a new baby.
